Boya Technology's self-developed and designed SPI Nor Flash chips are mainstream high-reliability memory products in the market. Widely used in mobile phones, PC motherboards, set-top boxes, USB security tokens, cameras, IoT modules, monitoring equipment, communication routers, display panels, Bluetooth modules, positioning modules, smart wearables, smart electricity meters, TWS earbuds and other application fields.
SPI interface flash memory complying with general JEDEC standards; Process: 65/55/50/40nm; Memory density: 512kb ~ 2Gb; Supports single, dual and quad I/O functions; Transfer speed: up to 480Mbps; Features high reliability, excellent stability and compatibility; Data retention: more than 20 years; Endurance: 100,000 erase/write cycles; Operating temperature range: -40℃~85℃; -40℃~115℃; -55℃~125℃;
